2 Cups Oats 1/2 Cup Slivered Almonds 1/2 Cup Coconut 2 Tablespoons Honey 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 1 Teaspoon Almond Extract
In a sauce pan heat (not boil) honey until thin and runny. Add brown sugar, coconut oil, vanilla extract and almond extract. Turn off your heat and add coconut.
In a different bowl pour in the oats and add your heated mixture on top. Once your granola is all wet and mixed together spread it out on a greased pan.
And bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes.
Then stir and bake ten minutes more. Continue the stir/bake until it looks dark and golden.
Don’t over stir or you won’t get clumps which is classic fabulous granola.
*I doubled the recipe because our family eats a lot of granola.
