41 Weeks and a Blizzard

So much for going EARLY right? Don’t worry, you haven’t missed anything. Sooner is still cooking!

If the great blizzard of 2012 dumping TWO FEET of snow on our lovely city didn’t jump start labor, then CLEARLY she will come on her own time. I’m trying to be ok (read survive) with that, but uh, what choice do I have?

Day 1: Q got a snow day from work. One foot of snow arrived in all its glory.

The two TRIED to keep on top of the snow BUT, another foot was coming. We were slammed!

Day Two: Another foot of snow arrived marked with sunlight and fluffy snow. We naturally ventured out to go and play in the snow!

As well as sledding!

Gooner’s best friend, Momo, came along and MUCH fun was had by all.

We LOVE winter!

  1. Sooner we all can’t wait to meet you and your mama would like you to make home somewhere else so please come out 🙂 (La, make sure sooner gets that message from me)
Beautiful snow! Glad you all got out to enjoy it. We received 10″ of snow and LB would not come inside for the longest time. Love that it is the fluffy snow.

  2. Oh baby, she’s just way too comfy in your belly. My kids would have so much fun in that snow, I’ve never driven in snow, I’d probably have a heart attack.

  3. Dude, we somehow one only got an inch or two out of that storm. This state is weird.

C’mon Sooner, c’mon out to play

  4. The last pic of gooner on the sled with her buddy is priceless! They clearly had a blast. I’m praying for you for a safe and healthy delivery when the time comes.

  5. Clarissa

Yay! That looks like so much fun! It melted here before any fun could really be had. So much for our foot.

  6. They look so cute sleighing! 🙂

And BTW, Sooner you must get here soon little love….blog auntie LW is dying with excitement!!

  7. Thinking about you and sending prayers up for a speedy, healthy delivery. That snow looks gorgeous!

P.S. I’m thinking about switching to wordpress. How do you like it? Did you have to pay extra to be able to customize your templates?
